Kids App Privacy

Privacy Policy for Kids Apps

Effective date: August 23, 2026

DevWorld develops and publishes applications designed for children (the “Apps”). We are committed to protecting children's privacy and providing a safe experience for children and families. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when a child or parent uses our Apps.

Information We Collect

Our Apps do not require children to create an account and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Personal information includes, for example, a child's name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or any other information that can identify or contact a child.

We do not ask children to submit personal information through the Apps. If a parent or guardian contacts us for support, we may receive the contact information and message they choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to the request and do not use it for marketing.

Device Permissions and App Data

Our Apps do not access a device's camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location unless a specific feature clearly requires it and the parent or guardian grants permission. Any game progress, settings, or similar app data stored locally on the device remains on the device unless the App clearly states otherwise.

Advertising and Tracking

Our Apps do not use behavioral advertising, do not create advertising profiles, and do not track children across apps or websites. We do not sell or rent children's personal information.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on app stores and operating-system services provided by platforms such as Google Play or the Apple App Store for downloading the App, processing purchases, security, and basic technical operation. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. We select services appropriate for children and do not knowingly allow third parties to collect children's personal information for advertising or profiling.

Parental Rights

A parent or legal guardian may contact us at any time to ask whether we hold personal information about their child, request access to or deletion of that information, or withdraw consent. Because our Apps are not designed to collect children's personal information, we generally will not have information that identifies an individual child.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended to comply with applicable children's privacy requirements, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without the required parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us with personal information should contact us using the address below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect any information we receive. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

If a parent or guardian contacts us, we keep the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review this page periodically.
